Start with round-table wedding groups

The wedding preset has six round tables of eight seats. Confirm actual capacities with your venue. Select Templates → Round tables; saved plans stay until you confirm replacement.

For classroom rows or long-table meetings, use the general templates.

Personalize the structure before adding everyone

Rename tables, adjust capacities and move the layout. Add guests or import CSV, using one Party value per household. The template does not track RSVPs or infer relationships.

Print the entrance list and table cards

Print table-grouped names or an alphabetical escort-style list. This is a list, not a folded card for every guest. Table cards provide one name group per table. Keep labels consistent across outputs.

Test the paper size before making the final copy

Choose A4, Letter, A3, A2 or 18 × 24-inch paper and check the browser preview. Review full names and unassigned guests. JSON keeps the plan editable. See print-format ideas.

Questions about this seating plan

Is the wedding template a fixed downloadable image?

No. It is an editable starting plan in the tool. You can print the blank plan or add names and generate a finished document through the browser’s print/PDF dialog.

Can I use long tables instead of round tables?

Yes. Open Templates and choose the long-table preset, or add and edit rectangular tables individually. Choosing a preset replaces the current plan after confirmation.

Can I upload custom artwork or a venue floor plan?

This version does not import artwork or venue drawings. Use its table diagram as a schematic and its name-based printouts for clear seating information.
