Prepare a useful report
Include the page URL, browser, steps you took, what you expected and what happened. Use invented names in any example. Do not attach a real classroom roster, dietary notes or an unedited guest-list backup.
Download the Table & Place report template
The template is a plain-text file created for you to fill in locally. Downloading it does not collect your inputs or notify anyone.
Before sharing a file
Guest CSV files and complete JSON backups include private notes. Printed charts leave those notes out, but still contain names and assignments. Review the privacy details before sharing a file. You can also return to the seating chart maker and reproduce the issue with example data.
