The room canvas is not drawn to real-world measurements. Table capacity is the value you enter, not a venue or safety assessment. Check table sizes, walkways, access needs and venue requirements independently.
Automatic event placement is a practical grouping method, not an optimal seating guarantee. Classroom generation considers the entered keep-apart pairs and the declared grid; it cannot evaluate student needs or classroom safety. If a constrained search fails, that does not prove that no arrangement exists. Review all names and seats before distributing a chart.
Keep a separate copy
Local storage and printing depend on your browser and device. Availability, uninterrupted operation and recovery of lost drafts are not guaranteed. Download a complete JSON backup before replacing a plan or clearing browser data. Check the chosen paper size and print preview before ordering a large print.
